ABOUT THE ARTIST
Henley's art is all about action and movement. While in the studio, he is at work continuously the moment his tools and materials hit the table. Utilizing primarily acrylic paint and various palette knives, he layers the pieces over the course of multiple studio sessions. While he will include other colors for the sake of a balanced composition, blues, greens, and yellows are his tried and true favorites. Since Henley is new to the studio in 2022, his creative journey has really just begun. But so far his pieces tend toward the textured and dynamic, resulting in a feeling of perpetual motion and energy across the canvas.
